Product Issues
If you’re not completely satisfied with your flooring or encounter any issues, please follow our returns policy:
Inspect Your Delivery:
- Check your order for any visible damage or missing items upon delivery.
- Inform the delivery driver immediately if you notice any issues to ensure they are documented.
- Email us at [email protected] report any damages within 48 hours of delivery, including relevant photos.
Post-Delivery Issues:
- If you discover issues after delivery, we may not be able to take responsibility if the goods were delivered in good condition.
- Contact us at [email protected] for assistance, and we will do our best to help.
Pre-Installation Check:
- Conduct a visual inspection of your flooring before installation.
- Both the installer and buyer are responsible for assessing the product’s quality. Once installed or used, the flooring is considered accepted by both parties.
Product Use:
- We cannot accept items as faulty if tampered with or used contrary to the manufacturer’s or our guidelines.

Cancellations
Order Cancellations:
- Cancel your order within 14 days of placing it if it has not been dispatched or delivered for a full refund.
- If cancelling after this period or for next-day delivery orders, our return and refund policy will apply.
Returns
Unopened Packs:
- Return any unopened packs within 28 days of delivery or collection.
- Special Order products, Clearance Items, & Stair Runners cannot be cancelled or returned. Contact us at [email protected] for more information.
Refund Qualifications:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and with all accompanying parts and accessories.
Return Process:
- Label your return with:
- Full Name
- Order Number (FST…)
- Return Code (provided by our Customer Service team at [email protected])
- Arrange and cover the cost of returns. We recommend using National Pallets or Parcel2Go.

Refunds
- Refunds are processed after inspecting the returned goods to ensure they are in original condition.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned items.
- It may take up to 10 working days for refunds to appear in customer accounts.
