Delivery Times

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 6.00pm.
  • A signature is required upon delivery by you or someone you nominate (18 years or older).

Accessibility

  • Deliveries may be made by van, rigid lorry, or articulated lorry.
  • Inform us if your property is difficult to access (e.g., narrow road, gated community) by calling, emailing, or adding a note at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.

Store Collection

  • Collect your flooring or accessories directly from our store, usually available within 3 working days.
  • You will receive an email or call notification when your products are ready for collection.
  • Products will be stored for a maximum of 10 days.

Missed Deliveries

  • If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the products will be returned to us.
  • You can either collect from our store or arrange a new delivery for an additional £45 charge.
  • We do not leave products with neighbors unless requested in advance.
  • We will not leave deliveries outside the property; all deliveries must be signed for.

Product Issues

  • Inspect your delivery for visible damage or missing items immediately.
  • Inform the delivery driver and email [email protected] within 48 hours, including relevant photos.
  • Late-reported issues may not be covered, but contact us for assistance.

Pre-Installation Check

  • Conduct a visual inspection before installation.
  • Both installer and buyer are responsible for assessing product quality.
  • Installed or used flooring is considered accepted by both parties.

Product Use

  • Items tampered with or used contrary to guidelines cannot be accepted as faulty.
  • Refer to our terms and conditions for detailed handling of product issues.
